Eligibility Requirements:

Investors, Experts, and Entrepreneurs are eligible to become members of Imuka Access.

Criteria for membership:

• Entrepreneurs must have a business and be above the age of 18.
• Experts should have at least one year's experience in at least one of our services.

Imuka Access reserves the right to accept or reject applicants for membership based on internal assessment.

Copyrights

Prohibition of Posting Copyrighted Content:
Users are strictly prohibited from posting any content on the Imuka Access platform that infringes upon copyrighted material owned by others. Users should only upload content for which they own the necessary rights or have obtained proper authorization.

Permissible Use of Copyrighted Scripts:
Users may post limited sections of copyrighted scripts as examples for educational or illustrative purposes. A "section" is defined as comprising no more than 10% of the total content of the script. Any use beyond this limit may constitute copyright infringement.

Handling of Copyright Infringements:
Imuka Access reserves the right to address and respond to any reported cases of copyright infringement in an appropriate manner, including but not limited to:

• Prompt removal of infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice of infringement - Notifying the user responsible for the infringement and providing them with an opportunity to respond - Suspending or terminating the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers - Cooperating with copyright owners and legal authorities as necessary to resolve copyright disputes

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Right to Change Terms:
Imuka Access reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Users are encouraged to regularly review the terms to stay informed about any updates or changes.

Notification of Changes:
In the event of any modifications to the terms and conditions, users will be notified through the following means:

• Updates displayed on their user dashboards upon logging into the platform - Notification emails sent to the email addresses registered with their accounts

Ownership

1. Imuka Access claims ownership of all events and programs posted on the platform.
2. Personal information provided by members will be kept confidential.

Email Addresses

1. Users are not permitted to share email addresses or contacts via the platform unless prompted to do so by the system.
2. Users' emails and personal information will be securely kept.

Advertising

Restrictions on Business Advertising:
Users are prohibited from directly advertising their businesses and services on the platform. Instead, entrepreneurs may engage in investment opportunities by presenting their businesses as potential deals for investors. Experts are welcome to highlight their expertise by providing relevant information on their skills and knowledge in their profile.

Investment Deal Presentation:
Users wishing to showcase their businesses for investment purposes must adhere to the platform's guidelines for presenting investment opportunities. This may include providing relevant details, financial information, and terms of partnership for interested parties to review and consider.

Refunds

Imuka Access will offer refunds, and separate refund policies will be applicable for products and services.

User Verification:
Imuka Access prioritizes user trust and security by conducting thorough verification processes. Prior to accessing the platform, users' identities, qualifications, and backgrounds are verified. Additionally, ongoing verification practices are implemented as necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform and user interactions.
