The Accounting and Financial Management Systems program aims to support the future growth, development, and access-to-finance opportunities of participating businesses through providing hands-on training on accounting and financial management best practices.

The program will involve dedicated coaching on the implementation and adoption of accounting and financial management practices by an external professional financial experts(CFOs) over a period of 3 months.

Get coaching and implementation support from professional financial experts to better understand:

1. Financial planning, budgeting, and costing techniques
2. Cash flow management
3. Information production for informed decision-making
4. Financial statements
5. Accounting and financial management best practices

To ensure the effective implementation and adoption of accounting and financial management best practices, we will require access to your business’ financial systems throughout the duration of the program.

All applicants will be required to participate in a 1-hour face-to-face survey to measure their accounting and financial management practices. The responses to this survey will not impact eligibility. In addition, all applicants should be open to receiving direct support from and collaborating with an external financial experts (CFOs) for the duration of the program.

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to submit application forms for financing with standard criteria that will be evaluated by potential capital providers and investors.
