WeekendLujja Business Accelerator program

Purpose:To enable #WeekendLujja entrepreneurs in Uganda to overcome COVID-19 stress by refining their businesses to adapt the changing times sustainably, prepare and connect to financing opportunities.

The COVID-19 containment adopted to curb the spread of the virus have affected business operations leaving many business on the verge of closure. This has affected women businesses even further due to the additional barriers they face in business.
The program will support women-led businesses towards innovation development, supply chain and marketing practices that will result in growth and improve access and availability of finance to women for greater impact in communities.

Target: To prepare/connect at least 50 women-led businesses to financing by 30th November, 2021
